To help us serve our customers at the highest possible level, Schwing Bioset, Inc., has made some changes to our Service and Aftermarket Support teams. At Schwing Bioset, our customers, and providing them our unwavering support, is at the forefront of everything we do. As the company continues to grow, so does our customer support team.
We are excited to welcome our new Service Manager, Jim Dickerman, to the Schwing Bioset team. Jim manages the day-to-day Service Department operations, including streamlining service cases, scheduling, and customer service. Jim has over 15 years of experience working with all types of Schwing products in numerous roles. He was recently an Area Manager for Aggregate Industries managing multiple ready mixed concrete plants in the Twin Cities metro area. Jim’s experience and expertise will allow Schwing Bioset to continue to improve our response time and customer service efforts.
In addition, our team is thrilled that our former Service Manager, Dan Kennedy, has made the transition to Field Engineer Technical Support to support our customers with top notch service in and out of the field.
Over the past year, we have also added several members to our aftermarket parts, warehouse, and shipping support staff, and we have grown our service technician team as well.
