Schwing Bioset signs agreement to purchase REVINU Comapnies

Schwing Bioset, Inc. (Somerset, WI; hereinafter “SBI”), a U.S.-based engineered product manufacturing company, announces that it has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase all shares of Revinu Companies (Winter Haven, FL; hereinafter, “Revinu”) a full service biosolids management company providing operations, hauling, and rental equipment services.
SBI is a leading engineered product manufacturing firm specializing in sludge treatment, conveyance, pumping and storage technologies in both municipal and mining markets across North and South America. Since its inception in 2006, SBI’s pumps have held a significant market presence in the North American municipal and mining markets, particularly for its ability to pump sludge and tailings with low moisture content.
Revinu provides operations, dewatering, hauling, beneficial reuse currently focused in the southeast United States and rental equipment services throughout North America. Since the early 2000’s the Revinu companies have beneficially reused millions of tons of material through various markets and distribution methods.
By acquiring Revinu, SBI will vertically integrate its services offering a full suite of capabilities from equipment design through the operation and reuse of the biosolids products its equipment produces.
