Purchaser Administrator- Stillwater, MN Office

Schwing Bioset is a seeking a full-time Purchaser Administrator at our Stillwater, MN office. Primary responsibility is to assist the purchasing department with daily functions within a fast-paced environment by providing accurate system maintenance in a timely manner.

· Maintain and update vendor quotes in SAP.
· Update purchasing records to ensure accurate information.
· Review and enter order acknowledgments.
· Update purchase orders per buyer’s requests.
· Prepare purchase orders and send to buyers for review.
· Process credit card purchases and enter monthly spend reports.
· Data entry of bids.
· Assist with creating monthly analytics reporting.
· Attend department/interdepartmental meetings when necessary.
· Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
· Maintain documentation for purchasing related activities for reference purposes.
· Support the department with data entry and responsible accurate record keeping.
· Conduct all your activities within the guidelines of all company policies, procedures and work rules.

· Must have High School Diploma.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field but not required.
· 2-5 years’ experience with SAP preferred.
· Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. required.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Must have High School Diploma.
· Must be flexible to work extra hours when needed.
· Proficient communication, problem solving and teamwork skills are essential.
· Good organization skills who can multi-task under tight deadlines
· Self-starter with great attention to detail who can work in a fast-paced team environment.
· Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
