Fabrication Support Technician – North Branch, MN  

• Schwing Bioset is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Fabrication Support Technician. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to get hands-on experience in a fabrication and manufacturing environment. The position will support daily shop operations under the direction of the Fabrication Lead at our North Branch, MN facility.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare metal parts for fabrication
  • Drill holes and assist with minor part modifications
  • Prep and grind weldments for further processing or assembly
  • Support fabrication staff with basic tasks and material handling
  • Clean and maintain workspaces, tools, and equipment
  • Operate a forklift to move and organize pallets of parts
  • Help maintain shop organization and safety practices

  Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with hand tools is a plus
  • Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained)
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
