  • Process contract modifications, amendments, and compliance documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain meticulous contract files and documentation in alignment with municipal and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor project and vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Project Management, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement to align contract execution with project goals.
  • Provide guidance on contract risks and offer proactive solutions during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in municipal or public sector construction contracting, preferably with a prime contractor or equipment manufacturer.
  • Strong understanding of public procurement regulations, municipal codes, and construction contract law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with contract lifecycle management tools a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong writing, reading, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex contract language.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and responsive under pressure.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working across departments and functions.
