SBI is seeking a full-time Paint Prep Technician En nuestro North Branch, MN, location. 

Objetivo: Responsible for ensuring all parts are properly prepared for the painting process, according to standard work instruction and quality standards.

Funciones esenciales: 

• Debur product and removing welding spatter using power/hand tools.
• Apply chemicals to clean the product and then complete an undercoating process, both using a spray wand tool.
• Asegúrese de que la superficie esté bien preparada antes de pintar, encintar y tapar.
• Cargar y descargar piezas / componentes a pintar.
• Realice tareas de reparación y retrabajo.
• Realice el mantenimiento del filtro.
• Etiquete las piezas terminadas.
• Realice controles de calidad.
• Utilice las técnicas de seguridad adecuadas.
• Utiliza un sistema informático para administrar las especificaciones de pintura.
• Move to other work areas to support production needs. (Cross-train)
• Asistir y capacitar eficazmente a los asociados nuevos / actuales.
• Mantenga el área de trabajo y el taller de herramientas / equipos.
• Otras tareas laborales asignadas.
• Realice todas sus actividades dentro de los lineamientos de todas las políticas, procedimientos y reglas de trabajo de la empresa.

Cualificaciones:

• Must have High School Diploma/GED.
• Capacidad para leer, escribir y comprender.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Mechanical ability to use sanders, wire wheels, power washer, and other equipment such as forklift and overhead crane system.
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing.

• Ability to safely lift up-to 50lbs.
