Marketing Associate- Stillwater, MN

Schwing Bioset is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, and enhancing our online presence. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, making it perfect for someone eager to grow their marketing skills in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-person position, not available as a remote position.

Responsabilidades

· Management of company website built in WordPress; Content editing, forms, blogs, etc.

· Email marketing based on Hubspot

o SBI Weekly News and other campaigns – Content, database mgmt., tracking

o Importing and updating Contacts from Salesforce and website submissions

· Manage Social Media and Marketing accounts, YouTube, Wistia, Network Solutions, etc.

· Editorial / Content submissions to industry journals

· Coordinate production of sales materials; brochures, application reports, trade show banners, posters, print ads, packaging artwork and assemble layouts for printers/vendors.

· Assist managing outside vendors; Technical Writers, Programmatic Advertisers, Google Ads, branding giveaways, apparel, etc.

· Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts in conjunction with VP- Sales & Marketing for marketing and sales materials (brochures, posters, advertisements, etc) to promote vision of corporate brand.

· Design and format marketing materials including business cards, newsletters, Christmas cards/gifts, miscellaneous art as well as sales maps, bids, brochures, flyers, mailers, welcome packets, giveaways, and apparel.

· Ownerships of all facets of trade show participation including sign-up, booth services/furnishings, layouts, staff registration and reservations, and coordinate with Shipping for inbound and outbound freight.

· Assist in coordination of service training schools

· Manage association memberships

· Support sales as necessary with proposal submissions

· Keep monthly tracking analytics

· Identify new effective marketing strategies.

· Conduct all your activities within the guidelines of all company policies, procedures, and work rules.

· Must have Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field.

· 2-4 years experience in Sales and Marketing Role.

• Software used: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Social Media, WordPress, Hubspot, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Salesforce, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook.
• Able to sit several hours during an 8-hour work-day.
• Must possess strong proper grammar usage, proofreading and copywriting abilities.
