Accounting Assistant

Schwing Bioset, Inc. located in Somerset, WI is a pioneer in developing high performance, material handling solutions, and is dedicated to serving the wastewater, mining, and industrial markets with specialized products and engineered solutions. Our products are presently installed in a wide variety of custom engineered and highly specialized applications including wastewater treatment plants, mines, power plants, dredging, refineries, pharmaceutical facilities, and chemical processing plants in both US and international markets. SBI is currently seeking a full-time non-exempt Accounting Assistant to join our team.

Propuesta de trabajo:

Primary responsibilities include performing a variety of tasks associated with accounts payable/receivable including credit and collections as well as other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer invoices for accuracy.
• Process customer payments and credit card transactions.
• Post and reconcile cash receipts.
• Participates in audits.
• Prepare financial data reports.
• Other basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail processing.

Education and Skills:

• Associate degree in accounting (or equivalent) with 2 years current experience.
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail and strong math skills as well as an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel.
