Schwing Bioset is seeking a dynamic and creative\u00a0<\/span>Marketing Associate<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, and enhancing our online presence. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, making it perfect for someone eager to grow their marketing skills in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-person position, not available as a remote position.<\/p>\n Responsabilidades<\/b><\/p>\n \u00b7 Management of company website built in WordPress; Content editing, forms, blogs, etc.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Email marketing based on Hubspot<\/p>\n o SBI Weekly News and other campaigns \u2013 Content, database mgmt., tracking<\/p>\n o Importing and updating Contacts from Salesforce and website submissions<\/p>\n \u00b7 Manage Social Media and Marketing accounts, YouTube, Wistia, Network Solutions, etc.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Editorial \/ Content submissions to industry journals<\/p>\n \u00b7 Coordinate production of sales materials; brochures, application reports, trade show banners, posters, print ads, packaging artwork and assemble layouts for printers\/vendors.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Assist managing outside vendors; Technical Writers, Programmatic Advertisers, Google Ads, branding giveaways, apparel, etc.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts in conjunction with VP- Sales & Marketing for marketing and sales materials (brochures, posters, advertisements, etc) to promote vision of corporate brand.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Design and format marketing materials including business cards, newsletters, Christmas cards\/gifts, miscellaneous art as well as sales maps, bids, brochures, flyers, mailers, welcome packets, giveaways, and apparel.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ownerships of all facets of trade show participation including sign-up, booth services\/furnishings, layouts, staff registration and reservations, and coordinate with Shipping for inbound and outbound freight.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Assist in coordination of service training schools<\/p>\n \u00b7 Manage association memberships<\/p>\n \u00b7 Support sales as necessary with proposal submissions<\/p>\n \u00b7 Keep monthly tracking analytics<\/p>\n \u00b7 Identify new effective marketing strategies.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Conduct all your activities within the guidelines of all company policies, procedures, and work rules.<\/p>\n _________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n \u00b7 Must have Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field.<\/p>\n \u00b7 2-4 years experience in Sales and Marketing Role.<\/p>\n Cualificaciones de apoyo:<\/b><\/p>\n \u00b7 Must be flexible to work extra hours when needed.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Good organization skills who can multi-task under tight deadlines.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Self-starter with great attention to detail who can work in a fast-paced team environment.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.<\/p>\n Join us as we strive to elevate our brand presence through innovative marketing strategies!
